ATI heeft nieuwe drivers voor haar videokaarten uitgebracht. Het gaat om versie 8.1 voor Windows XP, Windows XP Media Center, Windows XP x64, Windows Vista x86 en Windows Vista x64. Deze versie brengt weer de nodige performancewinst bij verschillende games. Nieuw in deze versie is de introductie van MultiView™-ondersteuning. Die feature zorgt voor hardwarematige ondersteuning van OpenGL-applicaties over verschillende schermen bij een multi-GPU-opstelling. De verdere releasenotes zijn hieronder te vinden.
