Avira heeft een nieuwe versie van AntiVir Personal uitgebracht. Ditmaal gaat het om versie 9.0.0.386. Avira AntiVir is een van de krachtigste antivirusbeschermers. Het beschermt tegen allerlei soorten virussen, zoals trojaanse paarden, wormen en dialers. Helaas niet tegen spyware of rootkits, daarvoor is de premiumeditie vereist.
