Er is een nieuwere versie beschikbaar van deze download.

Mozilla Firefox is een op de Gecko-rendermachine gebaseerde webbrowser ontwikkeld door Mozilla Corporation. Door het werk van tal van vrijwilligers is deze gratis browser geworden wat het nu is, een gigantisch succes.

Vandaag is Firefox 3.6 uitgekomen, meer informatie over de mogelijkheden en nieuwe functies in deze versie van de internetbrowser is hier te vinden.

Deze browser is vooral geliefd bij thuisgebruikers, omdat deze browser veelzijdig en zeer uitbreidbaar is met tal van extensies welke je hier gratis kunt verkrijgen. Ook webmasters verkiezen Firefox daar het de W3C-standaard beter opvolgt dan andere grote browsers zoals Microsoft Internet Explorer.
