PeaZip is een open source programma en een archief manager. Het is freeware en gratis voor elk gebruik.PeaZip kan de meeste formaten archiveren van zowel Windows en Unix werelden, variërend van mainstream 7Z, RAR, TAR en ZIP experimentele instrumenten zoals PAQ / LPAQ familie, momenteel de meest krachtige compressor beschikbaar.
Voor archief creatie, PeaZip suppors een breed scala van compressie en encryptie-standaard, de snelste van de meest krachtige Ones, en maakt het mogelijk om Job Definition exporteren als scripts om de kloof tussen GUI en console applicaties brug, en laat de gebruiker het beste kiezen van de twee werelden.
