µTorrent is een freeware bittorentclient. Het programma heeft als voordeel dat het een kleine downloadgrootte en minimale geheugen- en processorbelasting heeft. Verder heeft het handige functies zoals meerdere torrents downloaden, het kunnen instellen van bandbreedte gebruik en ondersteuning voor protocol extensies en UPnP.
